Breathe and let the fullness of life comfort you.
Being angry with yourself isn’t helpful.
There will be periods of time where you struggle, where things are off kilter.
This is part of Life.
Sometimes you will handle it well, sometimes you will struggle.
Be kind to yourself when you struggle and grateful when you do not.
